We are so excited to share the news that 91国产自拍 is launching a new, independent entity called听91国产自拍 Health听later this summer. 91国产自拍 Health will be a full-service primary care health center that serves both existing 91国产自拍 clients and members of communities on the west side of Chicago.The first 91国产自拍 Health clinic will be located in Chicago’s Austin community area. We know that the integration of primary, mental health, and substance use care is a proven approach to address complex healthcare needs. 91国产自拍 will continue to work with our valued current primary health care partners, including Heartland Health Centers, Howard Brown Health, and Aunt Martha’s.91国产自拍 Health is launching a search for a dynamic leader to launch, lead, and grow this new primary care health center.听罢丑别听听will oversee all aspects of this start-up enterprise, as well as its application to become a Federally Qualified Health Center Look Alike (FQHC LAL).
